The experience was premium for the price, from the staff-assisted check-in to the included amenities. The room was large and very clean. Had a coffee/tea machine at the entrance to the room, a lot of storage space for luggage and clothes. The location is excellent for an overnight stay before an early morning flight.
After checking out, the shuttle to the airport arrived. I was carrying some very fragile items in my hand luggage, so I asked the shuttle driver whether I would be allowed to keep the luggage with me. I was denied and told that the rules did not allow hard-shell luggage in the passenger area. I reluctantly placed the luggage in the designated storage area.
After we arrived at the airport, I went to carefully retrieve the luggage myself rather than waiting for the driver to hand it to me, as I wanted to ensure it was handled with extra care. While walking towards the airport entrance, I was stopped by the shuttle driver, who followed and grabbed me by the shoulder in order to scold me in a very angry tone for not waiting for him to hand over the luggage and thus being impolite. Seeing that he was ready to fight, I simply apologised a few times in order to avoid causing a scene, potentially involving security and risking missing my flight.

Top rooms are amazing for plane spotters like me. In the Room you habe everything you need. And the Shuttle Bus is excellent

Great location - v close to the airport. Hotel provided complimentary travel pass so we were able to access the bus and water bus during our stay.
The room was lovely. Very clean and lovely amenities (esp the coffee machine).
