This unit is located on the South/East corner with an unobstructed view of miles of coast line from every room; Also the east corner has NO hot afternoon sun and glare!
Located on the 11th floor, this unit's front door is literally 20' from the parking garage door!! No need for elevators; ideal for unloading your car!!
Bedding is K, K, K, Q, Q. Sleeper sofa Q. Master King has a Tempurpedic Mattress; other 4 beds have high end pillow top mattresses.
65' Smart TV with Blu-Ray and DVR in Living Area, record all your favorite shows! 55' TV in Master Bedroom, 42' TVs in Bedrooms 3 and 4, and 32” TV with DVD Player in bedroom with two full beds.
Kitchen is gourmet chef equipped; 8 skillets, 6 pots including BIG seafood boiler, 2 sets French Corningware, 10 prep knives including two Santoku, and every small appliance imaginable!
Granite countertops throughout unit; hair dryer in every bathroom, and 2 baby booster seats provided!

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We enjoyed renting the chairs and staying on the beach. We went to the pool once. The drinks from the bar were delicious and strong! We had a blast!

This condo made our vacation a dream. We had 4 todlers, 1 pre-teen and 6 adults. The abundant space made gave us enough room to all spread out. The secluded master bedroom was a wonderful respite for the grandparents. Being able to park twenty feet away from our front door made unpacking and packing a breeze-No carts needed. Since we were on the East corner, we could really enjoy the sunrise. We are spoiled and only want to return to this condo. The only improvement that could be made is to have bigger sheets-and who really cares. It was wonderful.

This rental was amazing! The rental far exceeded the pictures! When you walk in and turn right you immediately see nothing but ocean views and the furthur you walk in the better the views get! We opened all the blinds and they stayed that way the entire time we were there! Everything was clean and well maintained. Our party of 8 enjoyed the space inside and outside on the wrap around patio. And there are no words to describe the view from the living area and all 4 bedrooms. Everything was perfect, so I have no idea how well communication with management was. We had no issues and definitely no complaints! Check in was so easy and getting into the unit was just as easy. Parked right outside the entrance to our unit. Loading/unloading was awesome! I would definitely recommend this unit and we will definitely be returning. Beautiful place and unbelievable views!!!!

Hello
We had a great vacation. There were a few things in the condo that I feel should have been upgraded due to the cost of rental for 1 week. The dishwasher did not get the dishes clean. I feel the washer and dryer were old and didn’t work very well. The master bath needs to be remodeled, a nice tiled shower would be nice and the bathtub with jets seemed very old.
There were 2 broken dining room chairs when we arrived and I did report that.
We were there with our children and grandchildren, therefore did not use the adults only pool, but the furniture around it definitely was much nicer than what was around the lazy river and other pool.
