About this apartment rental
The apartment has a private entrance and a great vibe as soon as you walk in. The living room has a love seat and chair and is a great spot to relax and watch the flat screen TV or listen to some music on the Bose BT speaker. The living room is open to the dining room which has a dining table and chairs. The balcony is off dining room and is a great spot for morning coffee. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size mattress with Egyptian cotton sheets and some cool lights that make it very cozy. The full kitchen is stocked with Keurig coffee maker, tea, and any cooking supplies you might need. In addition to the bathroom there is another area with a make up table that gives you some extra space for getting ready. Apartment is a comfortable 600 sq ft. Washer and dryer are off the courtyard in back of main house. My place is 1 block from the French Quarter and 1.5 blocks from Frenchmen St. It's between Bourbon and Royal. Just doesn't get any better than that.
I also have a 2/2 that is the main house of this property. It can be combined with apartment for a 3/3. Their is an overnight parking lot 2 to 3 blocks away.

Such a great place to stay in the Quarter. Right off Frenchman, great coffee/breakfast place around corner. Clean, perfect for a romantic getaway, Pam was extremely quick to respond to any questions. Couldn't ask for better. Thanks again.

The Petite Sweet Spot is a great place to stay. Within the French Quarter and very close to downtown. Safe area and very clean inside. Cozy bedroom and kitchen. Would recommend to anyone.

The Petite Sweet Spot was an adorable apartment in the perfect location! We were able to walk to everything but return home to our place for some quiet time when needed. The decorations and amenities were wonderful. The only room that was a bit too small for us was the bathroom but overall a great place and a great time!
