This beautiful oceanfront townhome is located within the gated resort of Wild Dunes . It features three spacious bedrooms, hardwood floors, renovated kitchen and bathrooms, complex pool access, and gorgeous oceanfront views. The beach is just steps away from this villa, making it an ideal location for families!
The first floor of the villa contains open-concept living and dining areas. The upgraded kitchen has an expansive central island with granite countertops and modern stainless steel appliances. There is seating for 8 guests at the high-top dining table. You'll find plenty of space in the living room area to relax or spend time with friends and family. Perhaps the most popular feature of the villa, which is accessed just off the living room, is the screened porch, which has incredible ocean front views. Enjoy a meal on the porch at the glass dining table with seats 5 guests or talk a stroll down the back stairs and walk directly over to the beach access path or community pool.
The first of three bedrooms is also located on this main level. It features 2 full beds, TV, and semi-private bathroom.
Up the stairs to the second floor, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms. The expansive master bedroom features a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, private bathroom, and large private deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for kids, and has a twin-over-full bunk bed, TV and private bathroom. For convenience, the washer and dryer on this level as well.

Loved the location of this unit, beautiful ocean views! The condo does need some updating, flooring in several areas is uneven and the beds downstair and in the bunk bed room could use new mattresses. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!

The location was great, close to pool and beach. Fully stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Loved the view from the upstairs balcony.

The location of this property is ideal. Within eye shot and ear shot of the pool (great to keep an eye on kids). Beautiful views of the beach. Easy, quick access to the beach. The condo itself honestly fell short of my family's expectations. The fridge / freezer does not work properly. We were told to give it 48 hours to "cool down." It took more like 72 hours, and it still wasn't cold enough. We constantly had to sniff food before eating to make sure it hadn't gone bad (and a lot did go bad). The owners need to buy a new fridge. The dishwater pools water in the bottom of the machine. The aspect ratio on all the bedroom TVs is off, so the picture doesn't fit the screen, making it frustrating to watch. There is a weird two-way mirror between the master bathroom and the bedroom (like the kind you see in police interviews), which made no sense and seemed like a cheap fix to a hole in the wall. Overall, the condo needs fresh paint and some sprucing up. It feels a little tired and looks a little dirty. We've stayed in Wild Dunes properties for about 10 years now, and while the location for this property was lovely, the property itself needs some attention.
