About this house rental
Charming house with direct access to the Grannec beach in Trégastel on the Côte de Granit Rose in Brittany.
The house is surrounded by a large garden, 3000m2, not overlooked with a terrace facing south and sheltered from the wind

On the ground floor:
- bedroom 1 with sea view and 1 king size bed 160cm
- bedroom 2 with sea view and 2 single beds 90cm
- bedroom 3 with garden view and 2 single beds 90cm and 1 single bed 80cm
- bathroom with bathtub and shower, washbasin, separate toilet
Upstairs:
- bedroom 4 with sea view and garden view and 1 king size bed 160cm with an ensuite bathroom including a shower, a sink and a toilet
Other parts and equipment:
- kitchen, sea view fully equipped (fridge, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, robot ...) a table, 4 chairs and 2 stools.
- living room with sea view, corner sofa, 3 armchairs and coffee table. Dining area with large table for 10 to 12 people and 2 benches
- garden: barbecue, deckchairs, 2 garden tables, 10 chairs, parasol, private parking for 2 cars

We had a great holiday here. The property has a big garden with direct access to the beach. Views from all downstairs rooms exceeded my expectations - and I am a view junkie! Tregastel is a delightful town with great coastal walks which can all be reached on foot from the house. Highly recommended. Many thanks!

Maison idéalement placée accès direct plage et vue mer à couper le souffle de presque toutes les pièces.
Maison bien équipée et fonctionnelle, très lumineuse, propriétaire très disponible.
