A real gem and one of the last city villas in Metzingen. The villa is in an ideal location. Bakers, butchers and supermarkets, the Metzingen outlet and the train / bus station are within a 300m radius. Live in historical rooms that were lovingly restored in 2018 with attention to detail.

In addition to very large, inviting rooms, the wooden flooring with a solid floor impresses with a great wellness area, which offers a sauna (for a small extra charge), a large bathtub and a beautiful shower area with a natural stone wall. Likewise, the cozy living room invites you to a cozy get-together after an eventful day of shopping in the outlets of Metzingen. In summer you can end the day with a glass of wine under the cherry tree in the courtyard.

Spacious apartment, especially for Europe. Plenty of room to cook, eat, and hang out. 2 of the 3 bedrooms were very large with comfortable beds. The 3rd bedroom was also comfortable but smaller - perfect for a single person/kid/teen. The bathroom with shower was very spacious and modern. The location of the apartment is ideal. Metzingen has an assortment of restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the apartment (not to mention the shopping, which we didn't actually do). The grocery store Aldi is only 0.1 miles away as well. We chose this apartment because it was convenient driving distance to our points of interest. (Tubingen, Stuttgart, Urach, Marbach, Lichtenstein, the Black Forrest, and even the Bodensee). Street parking was never an issue right in front of the apartment.Our host was always reachable and the check-in/out process was quite easy.

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. The property was just as described - very charming, and close to all of the shops. Stefanie was incredibly receptive and accommodated all of our needs. It was such a pleasure staying there and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Metzingen.

Stefanie is a wonderful host! Her communication was excellent! We needed to change our dates and she quickly responded and made sure everything worked out perfectly. The apartment was great! Plenty of space, clean and a fabulous location! We’ll be back!

We had a great experience at the Annemarie apartment. The host, Stefanie, was very responsive to any questions we had.
Currently, there is construction in front of the apartment but that didn't cause us much inconvenience.
I would recommend this property.
