In the heart of the landing beaches, discover our little house. Ideal for a family stay, quiet. Close to shops. 600m from the sea and the sailing school, 2km from an aquatic center, tennis court nearby, many bike paths.
In the vicinity of many activities (accrobranche, festival park, memorial and the discovery of Caen.
On the ground floor: Living room, kitchen, bathroom- WC.
On the floor: Two rooms and a room palière.
Outside: A terrace facing south, not overlooked.
Possibility to park a car in the course.
NOTE: Linen is not provided. Possibilty of renting it. (see additional information).

The house is very well equipped and lovely decorated. An issue is the location as the place where the house is located is not the one indicated on the map of the booking portal. 1. distance to the beach is about doubled 2. location is directly next to an church which rings the bell every 15 minutes from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Very nice property that is clean, well maintained and corresponded to the description with one exception. The linen and towels were not provided, which would be OK with us, but the description was missing. We managed to get some local linen and towels last minute, which was not much pleasant. The communication with owners was good. They apologized for the mistake. I would recommend this property to any family for a travel to Normandy.

A little house suited for 2-3 adults or 2 adult with 2 small kids. The colours are light and matching throughout the house with lovely details. A royal private place for your car behind a gate. Only 700m to the shops and sea and 2,5 km to a large hyperU. A lot to see and do within an hour drive, especially if your interested in D-day. We loved our stay.
