This beautifully remodeled condo, located in the heart of Tahoe City, offers private lakefront access and provides a tranquil retreat in North Lake Tahoe. Guests can enjoy convenient parking with a designated private space upon arrival. The property features numerous amenities, including walking distance to all of Tahoe City, access to a private beach, tennis courts, a swimming pool, a dock area, and an adjacent neighborhood park/Commons Beach. The bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, while the living room includes a pull-out sofa sleeper. The fully stocked kitchen provides all necessary cooking essentials.
The Neighborhood:
A unique lakefront condominium resort located conveniently in the heart of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront offers comfortable accommodations for your summer and winter vacation enjoyment. You will find a multitude of activities to fill a day at any time of the year.
During the summer enjoy our on-site tennis courts, heated pool, sandy beach, and pier (buoy rental also available). Nearby you will find mountain biking, water skiing, hiking, fishing, boating and shopping.
Located in the center of Tahoe City, the Tahoe Marina Lakefront is a perfect place to enjoy the local atmosphere. Your accommodations are within walking distance of the fine restaurants, a movie theater, and a variety of interesting shops in Tahoe City.
An afternoon stroll from your room can carry you over to the Truckee River to see the rafters and spectators alike take in a beautiful summer day. In the evening take a walk through Tahoe City or just relax and enjoy the view of the lake.
Getting Around:
Aside from free parking on premises, you are located in the heart of Tahoe City. TART, our local transit service, serves the North Lake/Truckee area with a bus stop right in front of our office. Street parking is also available May - November.
Other Things to Note:
An additional amenity that we are excited to offer for summer is access to a buoy on Lake Tahoe. We have one buoy that is available for $500, to reserve for up to 7 days. Boat registration and insurance must be under the same name as the renter making the reservation for lodging. A check will be required for payment. Please send a message to inquire on buoy availability.
All guests will be required to complete a check-in form and rental agreement upon booking confirmation, and HOA policy requires a credit card on file for all bookings.
Interaction with Guests:
Our on-site rental office is open daily from 9AM - 5PM (closed for lunch from 12 - 1PM). A host will be at the office to check you in. For any after-hours arrivals, you will be sent a code to access the lockbox in front of the rental office. Inside will be an envelope with keys and other unit/property details. Please lock the box when done.

Modern yet cozy feel, all the necessities were there plus games, puzzles and more. Great location, quietly tucked into a private little community. Centrally located close to shopping and food.

The condo was set up just fine. It was very convenient for eating, hiking, and the lake. Loved it all.

We were looking for a place in Tahoe City to be near our Son and family who had rented a house about a mile away. The great location is the best part of this unit. The manager responded to calls promptly and had the keys and map in the lock box by the office. Parking was convenient and close. The unit sits behind the lakeview units separated by some lawn. Sadly, no view at all. The bedroom in is the back of the unit and pretty small. it had a king bed but the mattress was very old and uncomfortable. It should be replaced or at least have a foam topper on it. The kitchen was convenient and well stocked for basic cooking needs. There is TV in both living area and bedroom but we could not figure out how to turn it on and called the manager for help. She did not offer to come and help. Told us to call Spectrum TV.The unit had a fireplace but my husband at 87 had to walk quite a way and bring it in. The fire was nice once we got it going. Some kindling or newspaper would have been helpful. Ultimately after two uncomfortable nights we left a day early foregoing 400 in favor of some sleep!
