Very cute home/bungalow with private courtyard for BBQ's and relaxation. Hardwood floors throughout. Close to shopping, beach, Monterey bay, Carmel, Pebble Beach, 17 Mile Drive, UC Monterey. Private patio surrounded by flowers and plants...Large flat screen TV in living room and one other bedroom. Single level no steps

We enjoyed our stay at the bungalow. It was the perfect location (a nice quiet neighborhood in Seaside). The back yard was fenced-great for our dog, and had a nice deck for us too. The bungalow was very comfortable, nicely furnished, and well supplied. The hosts were very responsive. We enjoyed exploring the area and having such a nice place to return to every evening. We would definitely stay again.

Communication with host was fantastic! Amenities had everything you’d need to enjoy your stay. Place was very clean and well kept. Would definitely do it again!

Was good except needed a little upkeep: 2 clean bathrooms but 1 toilet wouldn’t flush, no hand soap, some residual black dog hair on bedroom floor, a broken cabinet hinge on door in kitchen, no central heat but fireplace in living room is a heater so front area of house warm but 2 bedrooms chilly at night. Otherwise very cute fairly well appointed little house.
