De vriendelijkheid van de meisjes aan het ontbij
Onpersoonlijk onhaal. Codes om zowel gebouw als kamer binnen te komen. Achteraf beseft dat ik alleen in gebouw verbleef. Uitbater alleen tussen 8u00 en 23u00 telefonisch bereikbaar, wat met vragen of problemen na dit uur ?
Houder toiletpapier hing niet vast; bang om te gebruiken, lavabo niet af te sluiten; gevaarlijk om contactlenzen te wassen, inloopdouche niet handig, bijna de hele badkamer nat na douche. Geen stoelen op de kamer, alleen een krukje, geen frigo, geen kapstok om vest of mantel op te hangen, kortom, weinig luxe voor hoge prijs. Vóór mijn verblijf ook twee keren telefonisch contact gehad en absoluut niet vriendelijk onthaald. Voor geen herhaling vatbaar....nog een probleem ivm ontbijt van mijn vriendin die wou komen....kostte € 30,00 omdat ze van buiten kwam. Heb dan gewoon boeking geannuleerd en geboekt voor twee ( zelfde prijs als voor persoon alleen, maar ontbijt daardoor € 10,00 goedkoper....begrijpe wie kan......klantvriendelijkheid en - benadering = nul

Alles was top, een prachtige locatie op een heel rustige plaats. Mooie verzorgde kamers, heel comfortabele bedden, lekker ontbijt, gemakkelijke bereikbaarheid en parking.

J’ai aimé la propreté, le confort, le parking privé gratuit, les explications claires pour accéder au bâtiment et à la chambre. Les lits étaient très confortables, la déco douce et jolie. Je n’ai rencontré aucun personnel car pas eu besoin et n’ai pas pris de petit-déjeuner. En revanche la communication avec l’établissement était très bonne. J’ai demandé un départ tardif qui a pu m’être accordé.
Je suis étonnée de découvrir un endroit si beau et si calme à qques minutes de Bruxelles. C’est incroyable.
Je m’attendais à avoir un petit frigo dans la chambre mais malheureusement ce n’était pas le cas. Peut-être y en avait-il un dispo dans les parties communes mais je n’ai pas eu le temps de les visiter au complet, j’assistais à un événement lors de mon séjour.

The property is located in a quiet area near the botanical garden, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was well-prepared and of good quality. Suzanne, who was in charge, was very pleasant and accommodating.
The location is a bit far from the city centre. If you're travelling to Brussels, the easiest option is by taxi, which costs approximately EUR 15–25. There is also a bus service available, but it requires a 15–20 minute walk. The walk is quite pleasant, however.
Please note that breakfast must be booked for the entire stay at the time of check-in and cannot be cancelled the day before. We informed them during breakfast that we would not be taking breakfast on our final day, but we were still charged despite not consuming it. There's an excellent bakery near the bus stop where you can get breakfast at a much lower cost.
Be aware that there is no lift to access the upper floors, so you will need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, unlike in most hotels, so be sure to bring your own. Additionally, there are no clothes ironing facilities, USB or USB-C charging ports, or European plug adaptors available. It’s advisable to bring these with you.
