Warm, friendly and professional staff that are helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The bar has a good selection and the lounge area feels homey.

I've been waiting for a reply from the the management team at Hilton before writing this review, but it's been 4 days since I emailed and have not received a reply. The facilities of the hotel itself are great- it's clean, etc. Everything you expect from the Hilton. However, I ran into trouble with being double billed. I initially made a pre-paid booking on Agoda. Upon checking in, I was asked to provide a credit card for what I assumed is the damage deposit. At the time, it seemed like no big deal, so I agreed to pay the $215 fully expecting this charge to be refunded. That is not the case- the $215 damage deposit charge posted to my account, plus I paid the full amount for the same room on Agoda. I have emailed management and filed a dispute on my credit card, yet the issue remains unresolved. If it turns out that I do in fact have to pay double what I expected for the room, it's a terrible value for money. I hope this is a simple mistake that will be resolved, but time will tell if that's the case.
