cleanliness and ease of access
the view from our room window was directly above and adjacent to a roof of the first floor. the roof is painted white for understandable reasons, but the room was SO bright unless we had the blackout curtain pulled.

The location was very convenient for us as we had a very early morning flight. We were 5 minutes from the airport.
The woman at the front desk was not friendly or accommodating.
