So close to the City... yet so far away! Just a quick 50 minute drive from downtown Seattle to total relaxation and serenity. Our beautiful beach house is located on the shores of McKee's Beach situated on Port Susan Bay in Puget Sound (on the water facing the east sise of Camano Island; near Stanwood). Incredible picturesque 180 degree ocean views! No need to worry about ferry schedules, long ferry lines or expensive ferry fares.
Walk the beach, fly a kite, bird watch, go fishing, drop a crab pot for Dungeness. Cozy up to the fireplace while it's stormy outside, read a book... or do nothing and just unwind! Be amazed by the wild life... bald eagles, seagulls, herons, sea lions, seals, gray whales, deer and bunnies. Enjoy the beach and sheltered waters by day and make a bon fire at night.
Have an incredible shopping experience at the Seattle Premium Outlet mall that has over 120 well-known outlet stores. Dine out and enjoy a night of fun at Tulalip Resort Casino. Both are a short 20 minute drive from our beach house. Near Warm Beach in Stanwood, WA. Take a day trip to Vancouver, B.C., Canada. Only 2 hours away. Enjoy the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in April. Charter a fishing boat out of Everett and go fishing in Puget Sound for Salmon! Go Zip Lining on nearby Camano Island.
We completely remodeled our 4 bedroom beach house that sleeps 9 adults very comfortably. Our beach house is very clean and well maintained. It has a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen with granite countertops, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker, crock pot, waffle iron and toaster, as well as utensils (including a wine bottle opener), pots and pans, dishes and glassware. Other amenities: 47 inch HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, Amazon Studio speaker, free WiFi high-speed internet, gas fireplace, air conditioning and washer/dryer.
The beach house features a Master bedroom with a bathroom and king-size bed; Guest room #2 has a king-size bed; Guest room #3 has two twin size beds and Guest room #4 has a bunk bed with a double mattress on bottom and twin on top. All beds are very comfortable.
Parking for four cars (two in carport and two parked parallel in front of carport). Additional parking available two blocks north in “Residential Parking” lot.
Bring your boat. We have a buoy for your boat. Private boat launch 50 yards away from our beach house during spring and summer months. There is also a public boat launch at Kayak Point Regional Park just 3/4 mile north. (Due to insurance liability issues, our boat is off limits, but you may bring your own boat and kayaks.)
We want you to enjoy your stay, but our beach house is not a party house... we want guests who will respect our quiet beach community. (No events or parties allowed.)
NO SMOKING indoors. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. No events or parties allowed. No pets allowed.

What a beautiful home in the most peaceful setting. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better view and surroundings. We hope to come back again for sure!

We stayed three nights in May 2025 and really enjoyed the house, beautiful view of the water and the proximity to Kayak Point Disc Golf Resort.
