Nice villa very close to the beach with pool and garden. 4 bedrooms, 5 single beds, 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen.
Well connected with public transport.
The supermarket is 5 minutes walk.

This beautiful villa is located on a plot of 700 meters, 200 meters built on 3 floors. It has the following rooms: Living room and dining room of 40 m2 with fireplace. Furnished kitchen and laundry with appliances. Two full bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. 1 large room on the lower floor with 6-door wardrobe. 2 rooms on the first floor with fitted wardrobes and exit to two terraces of 15 and 25 m2. Very bright attic with three single beds. All rooms have air conditioning and heating. All appliances and entertainment elements (WIFI and internet TV) are included.
Outside there is space to park 2-3 cars. The porch has 30 m2 and the private pool is in the garden of the house. It is 5 minutes walk from the beach of the Sunset Beach Club hotel and 5 minutes drive from Puerto Marina. 5 minutes walk from Torrequebrada Golf Club.
Beautiful views of the mountain (sometimes it is snowy) and the sea. Quiet place with hardly any traffic. Well connected with public transport. The area has a great hotel offer; In addition to traditional venues such as beach bars, there will be international restaurants and great nightlife. On the nearest beaches (Torrevigía, Torrequebrada, Las Yucas, Las Viborillas) you can find countless bars, modern restaurants and bars with an avant-garde, chill-out or design atmosphere. 20 minutes by car from Málaga capital (Picasso museum, August fair, monuments, Larios street, etc.)

We spent the entire month of February here. The place was well equipped including a wonderful outdoor grill, along with orange, lemon, and avocado trees. The fruit from all three was great! February is not pool weather, but the pool and surrounds look very nice for later in the year.

My family of 7 adults and 1 infant have just returned from 11 nights at Ana’s villa. The Villa is well located in a residential area, 5 minutes from nearest beach/ supermarket and local shops and 30/40 minutes to Benalmedena Marina area. The Villa is spacious and well equipped - nothing we needed was missing, and there were plenty games etc to keep us entertained in the evening. Pool was fantastic and warm (April). Ana was a welcoming host and was available if the need arose. Lots of internal and external spaces at Villa so it never felt crowded. Thank you for such a great stay at your home!

We had a great family Christmas in the house. It was just perfect for our family of five adults and one 4 year old. The layout on three floors gave everyone some privacy. The lounge, dining and kitchen areas were ideal for family use. The house is tastefully decorated and cosy for a winter visit. The log burner added such a lovely atmosphere on the cooler evenings (and very seasonal of course).
Ana and Sergio are amazing hosts - some of the best we have ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
We have every confidence that if you book this property you will not be disappointed.

A great property in a great location, a short walk to plenty of bars and restaurants along with the public transport although the uphill walk back up can be a killer.
The property had everything we needed although if I were to make recommendations I feel a set of drawers wouldn't go amiss in the loft bedroom as there was nowhere to put the clothes of the 3 little ones staying in there, also along with this more comfortable seating outside on the patio area there was 9 of us and only 3 'comfy' chairs with backs the rest were backless benches not so great for the older members of our party.
Overall a good stay and would recommend for larger groups of people as there was plenty of space for everyone to be able to get some time away from the whole group, myself and my partner took time out every morning drinking our coffee on the bedroom terrace which was an highlight for us before the start of a family hectic day.
