About this house rental
Right in front of the beach, in a wonderful clear blue sea ideal for children, this beautiful maisonette is located among pine trees and beautiful gardens. The house has a garden with lawn, huge palm trees, a nice stone-built terrace overlooking the sea, a wooden roof, garden furniture, and a barbecue. The house has a living room with a new 50" smart tv , also Netflix is provided free of charge, and playstation with lots of games for kids and adults. A nice fireplace, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen-dining room, two bedrooms, WC-shower and can accommodate up to 5 people. The house is located in the area of Gerakini, in a settlement in an olive grove, which overlooks golden beaches and extends from the crystal clear beach to the slopes with panoramic views. It is right in the center of Chalkidiki, the leading vacation destination of Northern Greece.
The neighborhood is unique, green grass, trees, flowers and birds singing each morning waking us up. The complex in which the house belongs to, it generally exudes a sense of security, as the houses (100 in total) are separated by a garden offering privacy and the feeling of the neighborhood. As an addition, in the complex there is a night-watch, throughout the summer. On the site there is a super market in walking distance, also a restaurant with greek and European meals.

Die Unterbringung ist in einer Doppelhaushälfte. Darin befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer (oben und im Keller), ein Wohnzimmer mit angeschlossener Küche und 2 Bäder (eins im Haus, das andere außerhalb.
Zum Haus gehört ein kleiner, schöner und gepflegter Garten mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten, Grill, Pavillon und Liegen.
Zu Fuß sind es ca. 50m bis zum Sandstrand mit sehr sauberen Wasser.
Von der Terrasse kann man das Meer sehen.
Es ist sehr verkehrsgünstig erreichbar und dabei trotzdem ruhig.
Die Bäder sind frisch renoviert mit sehr attraktiven Duschen.
Einziger Mangel ist das etwas kleine Waschbecken im inneren Bad, was durch die darüber befindliche Konsole etwas unhandlich ist.
Der Empfang (Begrüßungsgeschenke) und die gesamte Betreuung waren herausragend aber nie aufdringlich.
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
