Just completed another stay in the Beach Pad.Love our stays at the Beach House and apartments (choice of three).Great location,our dog loves the beach across the road .

Very clean, modern with everything provided you need. The hosts were nearby if needed and friendly.
The location is great for the beach and Cleveleys. We used the car to travel to Blackpool, St.Annes, and Fleetwood, but in the summer, you can use trams or buses, all within walking distance. We also had a day in the Lakes, about a 1.5hr drive away. Even in the winter, the beach is beautiful here, and we enjoyed sunset walks on dry days.
There is nothing to dislike.

The location was good, a short walk to the nearest bus stop, my partner is disabled and uses a rollator and it took about 15 minutes to walk to the tram stop.
The kitchen is well equipped but the dining table was too small for four people, some foldable trays would be a good addition. Another door key would of been useful, there were four of us staying in the apartment.

Finished to a high standard lovely and clean
Photos of property on website deceptive and assumed ground floor was the front window aspect, location of bins annoying as people taking several trips past our window, would have liked small private gate to keep dogs safe
