The apartment was very modern and of a good size with air-con in both the lounge area and bedroom and a very secure front door that locks well. The bathroom was nice with good water pressure. The kitchen has enough space with a 4 way hob and oven, clean glasses/cups and plates. The sofa is comfortable and large with a nice table to have your breakfast on if you don’t want to use the dining table, the TV in the lounge has no ariel so you will need to have Netflix access or a device to plug in to use. The balcony isn’t very big but is adequate for sitting out on for a drink etc and has a drying rack that can be used. The bedroom is nice with a very comfortable bed, a small TV, bedside units and wardrobe. Location was good and in easy reach of a few nice restaurants (Avli being a nice one) the main strip and the coast. The car park is very handy if you have a car or bike etc as you will need transport if you want to go to the better beaches as the local beach here is very narrow. There’s a car/quad hire place just round the corner called Belukas which is good and can recommend. There is a small gym on the ground floor that can be used which has a running machine, bike and lot’s of weights etc.
For some great meal’s I recommend walking up the hill (15/20 mins) or driving (2 mins) upto to the village’s of Koutilifari or the old village, here you will find many many authentic Greek restaurants some having live music times.
The staff were very friendly and professional and allowed me to leave my case’s for a few hours before the taxi came. 🙂
I would recommend this hotel for a nice break in the sun ☀️
Only a couple small things if have to say.
1: Needs rack in kitchen for plates to dry on.
2: Needs a toaster, I love eggs on toast! (although did have a sandwich toaster).
3. Needs bread knife and some foil/paper for the oven.
4. One of the rooms needed a microwave.
These are just small suggestions to the owner, but as said above the stay was Great. Thank you 🙂

Il fatto che fosse super pulita e con arredamenti nuovi.
L’host è sempre stata molto disponibile e super gentile
Abbiamo trovato solo 2 piccolezze che si dovrebbero migliorare: 1- la piastra a induzione l’abbiamo utilizzata solo una volta dopo di che abbiamo dovuto usare delle piastre elettriche (che ci avevano già dato in dotazione); 2- non abbiamo trovato nessuna scopa da poter usare per poter fare delle “mini-pulizie” di routine

The apartment is situated close to the beach, very close to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very well equipped, with air conditioning and all necessary cookware and toiletries. The host , Augustina was very warm and welcoming. She was very helpful with our questions or needs, helping us get a taxi to the airport and also being open to an earlier checkin time. The apartment provides a cleaning service free of charge every 2 days, which is an effective way of keeping everything clean during the stay. When we needed, extra supplies they kindly provided it upon request. We also received beach towels , free of charge which were exchanged by the cleaning service every 2 days. Our stay was very pleasant

Amplasarea în centrul orașului, faptul că există o curte interioară unde se poate parca mașina, apartament spațios, curat, cu o bucătărie foarte utilă, fotografiile din interior corespund realității.
Comunicarea cu proprietara. Am ajuns în fața imobilului(este un bloc cu 6 apt) și a trebuit să sun pentru a găsi pe cineva care să ne cazeze. Noroc că am ajuns pe timpul zilei... Proprietara a trimis imediat femeia care se ocupă de curățenie și de absolut tot, o doamnă foarte drăguță, care ne-a dat cheile. Pentru prețul plătit (145 €/noapte) ar fi fost frumos ca măcar o sticlă de apă sau un fruct să ni se ofere, așa cum am întâlnit pe la alte cazări, de ani de zile de când vizităm Grecia. In schimb, în frigider am găsit 2 sticle de apă la prețul de 6,90 €/sticla ( prețul unei ape de 0,5 l este de aprox 0,20 €). Atașez foto. Dar acest lucru se explică probabil prin faptul că proprietara nu este grecoaică, ci de origine slavă. Iar totul este o afacere ... Lipit de acest imobil, este în construcție un altul finanțat cel mai probabil de primul, iar după primele 2 zile în care ne-am trezit în lovituri de ciocan și zgomote de bormașină, am contactat proprietara cu rugămintea de a interveni întrucât nimeni nu își dorește o astfel de atmosferă în vacanță. Drept urmare, în celelalte zile, zgomotul s-a diminuat sau a început mult mai târziu.
