L’emplacement, la taille du logement.

Location was perfect, right next to everything we needed, lots of restaurants, less than a 5 minute walk and you're in the old town, supermarket less than 5 mins away.
Free parking available, which is hard to come by right in the cite center as most roads have restrictions.
Host was clear on how to enter the property and response time was quick.
In the winter you may want to talk slippers as flooring is made from marble.
The bathroom had a horrible smell of sewers, even though we left the ventilator on throughout the whole time.

Sehr gute Lage direkt im Japan-Viertel, trotzdem sehr ruhig, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Transportmittel in der direkten Nähe
Im Bad füllte sich die Toilettenspülung sehr langsam auf, das Wasser in der Spüle lief langsam ab

Location was excellent
Getting access was a nightmare.
I got 8/9 calls asking me about time of arrival. The bus from Sofia broke down which I explained constantly.
I was given wrong directions in pouring rain and darkness, eventually the host came after 15/20 minutes to collect me.
The apartment is fine although many small features don't work. The shower is a mystery and a mess.
On leaving, no-one answered the the phone so I had to leave the keys inside.
