Lazy Daze is a wonderful beachside 2nd row, 4 bedroom 3 bath house in main house + ground level bonus room with bath, that is a quick ONE minute walk to the beach in Jamaica Beach (west end). Fabulous Gulf views from 2 decks; sunset views from 3rd deck off Master bedroom. Open concept living room/kitchen/dining room. Lazy Daze is spacious enough for extended families and multi-generational families. Pedestrian access to the beach is via dune stairs across from house. Golf carts are allowed on the beach. Vehicle access is 4 houses down, on Buccaneer Drive.

The main floor has 4 bedrooms & 3 baths (shower/tub combo in master bath). An additional bonus room with full bath, with its own entrance, is located on ground floor. NO BUNKBEDS in any bedroom!!!

2.Green Bedroom: Two queen beds, full sized washer & dryer
3. Yellow Bedroom: King bed
4. Lavender Bedroom: Two Queen Beds

*Ground level bonus room: Queen Bed, full bath with shower.

The open concept living/dining/kitchen area has easy access to the large deck. Large round dining table plus lots of seating on the outside decks. The living area boasts a large screen Smart TV and several couches and easy chairs for a relaxing visit with family and friends.

The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances! We have equipped the kitchen with all the comforts of home: blender, toaster, coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, pots & pans, dishes & glassware, utensils, and even a crock pot and rice cooker.

Guests must be able to navigate one flight of stairs.

Check in any time after 4PM, check out no later than 11AM. Early check in/late check out upon prior approval only.

Lazy Daze has a fully paved driveway and parking area for up to 6 cars. No street parking allowed.

NOTE: Upon booking this property, you agree to: all rules, will sign our House Agreement, provide a copy of primary renter's driver license, provide a guest list of everyone's names and ages, within 48 hours of booking. You will also be required to place a security deposit of 3 days prior to arrival.

POLICIES
• Must be at least 25 years old to book and be staying at the property (NO booking for others)
• No events, parties or large gatherings including prom, bachelor/bachelorette, graduation, TEEN or chaperoned groups – if this is your intent, please look elsewhere
• No smoking inside or on decks/balconies. Please dispose of cigarette butts appropriately.
• Dog friendly with fee* – prior approval, no puppies, max 2 dogs – please dispose of dog feces, hair
• Please keep dogs off furniture, including beds
• Requires one flight of stairs and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility
• Fully paved driveway for up to 6 vehicles – no parking on grass nor street
• Additional fees and taxes may apply
• Photo ID may be required upon check-in

Violation of any rules (above) or stated in our House Agreement may constitute loss of security hold.

Cancellation policy: Guest receives 100.00% of rent if cancellation occurs at least 14 days before arrival.
No refunds within 14 days of arrival.

*Pet fee of $30 per night, up to 2 Dogs, minimum 1 year old, pre approval required
