Exclusive semi-detached house in the picturesque and relaxed Lenggries in the Isarwinkel.
The house has a large and a small kitchen, each with a microwave / grill and refrigerator with 2 drawers for frozen food
The ground floor is bath / shower / washing machine / dryer, small kitchen, living / dining room and terrace with sun protection.
The first floor is equipped with a large living / dining room, large kitchen with dishwasher and toilet.
In the 2. Upstairs there is a shower room, 2x bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, bedroom with 2 single beds and desk. We have 2x balcony and a patio in front of the entrance.
There are 1x parking space (limited in winter) and 1x garage available.

We spent very nice winter days with a second family with 5 children. The house is very quiet on the outskirts of the village, but the gondola can be reached by car in 5 minutes. The house is very clean and very well equipped. We would love to come back.

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was man braucht, das Haus war sauber, es war genug Platz. Gerne wieder!

Sehr Schöne Wohnung. Aus Versehen hat meine Frau einen Brandschaden verursacht, der aus unserer Sicht eine Versicherungsfall ist. Hierüber kam es mit derm Vermieter zu einigen aus meiner Sicht vermeidbaren "Unstimmigkeiten".

Die Schlüssel Übergabe lief problemlos ab,das Haus war sauber die Kinder hatten viel Spaß Spielsachen ,Bücher waren ausreichend vor Ort
