About this apartment rental
Light-flooded apartment with a fantastic view over the North Palatinate. Experience culture, nature, enjoyment - Germany's largest wine-growing regions are right in front of the door, the area is ideal for hiking, cycling or just "just" going for a walk. The view from the panoramic windows reveals why the area is also known as "Germany's Tuscany". The rural idyll offers space for relaxation and deceleration far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The holiday apartment with over 110 m² can accommodate 8 people. It has three bedrooms with a king- and queen-size double bed and two bunk beds, so it offers enough space for a large family or two families, for hikers, etc. The spacious living/dining area is completely open, you can eat, play or just play there "just" relax. The view from the panoramic window invites you to linger, the vastness of the hilly landscape is very impressive, especially in the morning. The adjoining kitchen is equipped and can of course be used completely. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, the toilet is separate - both are equipped with towels and soap.
The main entrance of the house leads through a porch and a short flight of stairs directly into the holiday apartment on the mezzanine floor, which is completely available to guests (with the exception of a small pantry).
I can be reached by phone, but not on site myself. If something should happen, there is a housekeeper who can be at the apartment at any time.
Stetten is an idyllically situated, grown village that has a lot of old, local architecture and is embedded in the charming hilly landscape of the North Palatinate. The neighborhood maintains a very open and friendly relationship. The people in the 600-inhabitant village are characterized by a willingness to help, which creates a noticeably open-minded atmosphere. There is a winery and vinotheque on site, where events are held regularly.
Public transport only runs one bus a few times a day, so a car is necessary. You can park in the yard, directly in front of the house on the side of the road (you can always find a parking space here), a free public parking lot is also only a few meters away. "Dorbert's Lädche" supplies baked goods and some groceries, magazines, tobacco products, etc., supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. can be found in Albisheim or Kirchheimbolanden (3 or 7 km away). Alzey, which is also only 14 km away and the nearest town, is suitable for larger purchases.

Alles in allem gut.
Was uns nicht gefiel,bzw.nicht so gut war, haben wir in der Check Out Liste bei Frau Schöffler hinterlegt.

Ruhige und schöne Lage. Ausreichend geräumig. Großes Wohn-Esszimmer. Alles da was man so braucht. Sehr liebevolle Willkommenskultur.

Wir haben uns mit Freunden für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung getroffen. Für große Gruppen ist die super geeignet. Der Aufenthaltsraum (Wohn- und Esszimmer) ist schön groß, so dass man mit viele zusammen sitzen kann. Auch sonst war alles da was man so benötigt bzw. man merkt dass die Vermieterin gerade dabei ist alles schön einzurichten und gemütlich zu machen (noch hängen an den Kopfenden der Betten Kabel aus der Wand, da kommen aber mit Sicherheit Nachttischlampen hin).
Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.
