About this house rental
In the old center of Goudargues, Venice Gardoise, exceptional location for this stone village farmhouse, close to all shops, supermarket and restaurants on foot, while being absolutely quiet. You are also close to major river bathing spots and hiking trails. The property has a closed courtyard to park vehicles, large garden of 400 m² fully enclosed, shaded terrace, summer kitchen, mazet and outbuildings. Interior renovated all comfort, with vast living room stay opened on kitchen and direct access to the shaded terrace and its summer kitchen, stone sink, barbecue in hard and plancha. The house remains very cool in the summer, with its stone walls and reversible water circuit. Mobile air conditioner for living space in case of very hot weather. The perfectly exposed garden, not overlooked and quiet allows you to relax and enjoy the outdoors: relaxation, lazing around but also barbecue party and grill with family or friends are waiting for you, all shops, bars and restaurants of Goudargues being accessible on foot, without having to move the car!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this lovely house, within a quick walk to Goudargues. Fabrice was incredibly helpful and responsive. We thoroughly recommend it.

Great property, well equipped, fantastic outdoor space and pool.
Only a 5 minute walk to the village centre.
We'vw stayed in Goudargues many times over tge last 20 years but this was the first time in this property. Just what we were looking for, traditional French property with pool and walking distance to everything in the village.
Fabrice kept us well informed ahead of our stay and reconfigured the bedrooms to cater for our needs.
