The River Retreat has a peaceful setting on the Brazos River, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful river view. A short distance to the Mammoth State Park, Cameron Park Zoo, Waco Regional Airport. 15 miles to Magnolia Market and less than that to McLane Stadium, Baylor University, Dr. Pepper Museum, Texas Ranger Hall of Fame, Waco Suspension Bridge, numerous eating establishments, nightlife, antiques, and tours.
Newly and completely renovated throughout, its beautifully decorated and very clean. Double oven, complete set of pots and pans, Keurig coffee pot, electric teakettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. Lighted covered parking, Large comfortable living area plus enclosed sun room. Large fenced yard perfect for outdoor games plus a fire pit for s'mores by the river.

The Retreat was perfect for our family! Quiet and cozy. We very much appreciated all the details put into the comfort and cuteness of the house. It was hard to get out of the lush beds. The location by the river was great and we loved the outdoor space. Linda has thought of everything you could need!

This wonderful river getaway exceeded our expectations. Everything was wonderful. My wife loved the decor and I enjoyed access to nature. We will stay here again!
