Several of us stayed at this cabin for a wedding on property. The cabin was awesome and loved by all that stayed there. The property is beautiful. The cabin has all the amenities we wanted and needed.

We have rented at cowboy cover for over a decade and this is the first time that we were not happy with the stay. We had our 4 children and 8 grandkids The hot tub was supposed to be warm upon arrival, it wasn’t, we turned it on and it never got warm. Parents relaxing in the pljacuzzi for the evening was ruined. The TV would not work, no internet, no Netflix. Movie night was ruined for kids. The remotes were even missing batteries l. The next day I went to the office, they sent a maintenance guy who couldn’t fix the jacuzzi, he had to call the pool company. Upon my request the office lady (very nice) came to try and fix the tv. It worked for a bit and then no more. It was after 1 before the jacuzzi warmed and it was still not as it should be. Downstairs TV never worked. When I spoke again to the young lady at the desk, she said that she spoke to the owners and there would be a reimbursement on my acct. Never received.Disappointing stay for a place we look forward to visiting every year.
