Welcome! This newer fully air-conditioned condo is perfect for an ideal beach break with friends or family. This spacious unit boasting bright interiors with neutral décor and marble tiled floors, making it a lovely, cool place to enjoy quality time between hitting the beach, bars or cultural sights of Zihuatanejo.
The interior of the condo offers plenty of living space. One enters to the living area which immediately impresses you with its amazing large arched window. The panorama and light simply floods in. Too much sunlight? Window shutters and bedrooms curtains are provided for you to decide how much sunlight you want.
This large sunny condo is one of five condos in a secure gated condominium which has a great view of the bay and it's beaches from a privileged higher area located across the Zihuatanejo town.
The condo has a direct view and is about 500 yards from the beach and you can actually hear the sound of splashing waves. In the evening, you will be spellbound watching Zihuatanejo's lights bouncing across the bay.
It is totally furnished with three large bedrooms and three large bathrooms. It has all the finest amenities from granite counter tops and showers, to a full kitchen with nearly every kitchen appliance you should desire from coffee maker, to food processors and cookware and cutlery. It has a TV area with a 42in TV, HULU TV Netflix, and a DVD player. In the living room there is a stereo with an IPod base station and it is Bluetooth capable.The condo has a high speed WI-Fi internet.
Without doubt, you will have plenty of space in this condo even with six guests.
On the premises is an infinity swimming pool with portable beach chairs for your convenience. Watch the sunset show and enjoy a relaxing day with a nice Margarita or Piña Colada!
A BBQ area is available for the guests.
A private parking space is available.
Your unit will have a starter supply of soap, paper products and an initial supply of bottled drinking water. Bathroom and beach towels and fresh bed sheets sets are provided.
The unit also has its own private laundry room with a washer and dryer.
For your convenience weekly cleaning service is provided.
At a nominal fee, the property manager will arrange your daily and catering needs if you request it and just about anything reasonable you ask.
24 hours security and concierge is provided.

This property is everything we expected and more. We arrived to find it was exactly as depicted in the pictures posted and had everything we needed for a month in paradise. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking up fresh fish and shrimp from the Mercado and the rest of the condo was very spacious and well laid out. The large windows that open at the front of the condo allow for a completely unobstructed view of Playa La Ropa and Zihuatanejo. You never tire of the view... day or night.
The location is perfect... a short walk to both Playa La Ropa and Playa Las Gatas. Also close enough to walk to town, but you can get a taxi or bus very easily. Condo has 24/7 security and we always felt very safe with Guerro and Jose looking after our every need. Thanks to Ed for a wonderful vacation!!

There are many wonderful things to do and see in the Ixtapa / Zihua area, but for my wife and I, simply spending time every day from the comfort of Ed's condo (and pool) - soaking up the view of Zihua bay was one of the most outstanding and magical for us personally. And of course it's well appointed, cleaned, and maintained. If you think it looks "too far" away on the map, it isn't. Simply step out the front gate and you likely will have a taxi going down the hill within 2 or 3 minutes, empty and ready to serve you, as they just dropped off someone who needed a ride higher up the hillside. That means no call to taxi company even necessary. And if you're in the slightest of decent condition, you can stroll downhill for 5 minutes and you're at the southern end of Playa la Ropa. From there you can initiate your stroll up the best beach on the bay, or clamber the trail over the rocks to Playa las Gatas (better footwear and physical condition needed). Also there's no loud music, disco, or bar sounds at all around - only the birds, insects, and the powerful, mesmerizing sound of the waves crashing below. My only hesitation in giving such a great review is that it might not be available the next time we want to stay there! Cheers.

beautiful condo, great for family with older children. The owner (Ed) easily contacted if needed and speaks English. The hill or stairs down to the playa can be a bit of a challenge if walking is not your favorite thing to do. Taxis are plentiful, at a very reasonable price. Condo has everything you need and after a day at the beach, have a cool, refreshing dip in the private pool. We did have a problem with ants but rectified by Guerro and Jose (security) located right outside our door. Several restuarants within walking distance and the town of Zihau a short distance by bus. Beautiful view of downtown Zihau as the pics reflect. Definitely would go back.

The condo was wonderful. Loved the proximity to beach and easy to get to town. Great breezes, didn't use air conditioning only ceiling fans. Great pool with a view of the beach and zihu as well.
