About this apartment rental
New lovingly furnished apartment with about 54 m² with modern facilities at the foot of the Schauinsland.
Your accommodation is located in the village of Hofsgrund, a small Black Forest town at about 1000 m altitude.
In winter you can expect a beautiful snowscape with direct opportunities for skiing (lifts about 300 m), toboggan run and cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. Also very nice winter hiking trails are available.
In summer, you can grill right next to the house on a beautiful terrace next to a stream, chill out and just let your mind wander. You have the possibility directly from the house to explore our beautiful landscape on well-described trails. The Feldberg with wonderful rest stops and a wide branching hiking area is nearby. Also for bikers very appealing (annual big event is the Ultra Bike in Kirchzarten). Motorcyclists have the opportunity to enjoy their passion to the fullest.
The Black Forest city Freiburg im Breisgau with the Freiburg Minster, a daily beautiful market and the beautiful old town can be reached in 20-30 minutes by car. But you can also do this conveniently with bus and train and the Konuskarte prepared for you. A bus stop is in the immediate vicinity of our apartment. The proximity to France and Switzerland complete our beautiful location.
The apartment was completed in 2018 and furnished with much love and dedication by us. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. Dishes and kitchen utensils are sufficiently available. Bedding and towels are included. In the bathroom you are expected by a rain shower. The apartment is equipped with a modern infrared heater. Wifi and TV available. We can provide you with a cot and high chair. The apartment can be occupied by up to 4 people (over 2 people please contact the landlord).
Your fresh baked goods and staple foods can be purchased daily in our bakery directly in the village.
Please also a separate request to the landlord regarding a pet.
The final cleaning fee of 40.00 euros and the resulting fee for a pet of 5 euros per day are payable directly to the landlord.

Wir haben uns in der sehr gepflegten, schönen, sauberen und bestens eingerichteten und ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten direkt von unserer FeWo zu schönen Wanderungen starten. Mit der KONUS-Karte konnten wir ganz unkompliziert den ÖPNV nutzen und den Hochschwarzwald erkunden. (Entfernung zur Bushaltestelle: weniger als 100 m) Das Wetter hat auch gut mitgespielt: Wir hatten an 9 von 9 Tagen schönes Sommerwetter mit viel Sonnenschein. :)

Die Ferienwohnung "Verweilzeit" ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, hat eine tolle Lage und war genau perfekt für unseren Urlaub. Familie Lorenz ist total freundlich und hat uns auch Tipps gegeben für Unternehmungen etc. Alles in Allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung 👍

Sehr geschmackvolle und mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Ankommen und Wohl fühlen, dass ist hier die Devise. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit und können die FeWo, die Gegend und natürlich die duften Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Aufgrund der guten Verkehrsanbindung kann man Freiburg, den Titisee und viele weitere Ausflugsziele auch ganz bequem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen.
Liebe Petra, lieber Hansjörg, vielen Dank noch mal für alles. Auch für die wertvollen Tipps. Macht weiter so. LG Uwe & Dorrit
