Splendid natural reserve in prestigious residence, Capo d'Arco is a private area of about 300 hectares within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, fenced and accessible only to members and their guests through a gate guarded by a guardian.
Guests can use the resources of the area: 2 pools (one of sea water, the other of fresh water, both with pools reserved for children); 2 tennis courts, a soccer field, ping pong, beach volley, bocce; 2 bars, 2 restaurants, laundry, small mini market. Concierge.
The apartment is very close (50 meters to the freshwater pool and to the mini market), the nearest beach is 200 meters away. A service of sunbeds and umbrellas is available, for a fee, both in the small sandy beach of the "crocodile", and in the cliff at sea with pitches.
Shuttle service to the sea area.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch mit Kindern. Wir haben der dazugehörige Pool sehr geschätzt. Das Restaurant in unmittelbarer bietet leckere Gerichte an.
Wir hätten uns Putzutensilien und Küchentücher gewünscht.

Capo d'Arco non ha bisogno di presentazioni: posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, verde, scogliere e comodità del vicino paese. L'appartamento è molto ampio, con grande cucina e spazio all'aperto. Ottima comunicazione con la proprietaria

Tutto bene tranne che in quei giorni la piscina sul mare era inagibile.. abbiamo comunque avuto chiarimenti da benedetta che è stata tempestiva nella risposta. In più abbiamo avuto anche la possibilita’ di lasciare la casa nel pomeriggio .

The island of Elba is fantastic; the resort itself is well-designed, with great, clean pools, good bars, and a charming restaurant. Communication with the owner was OK; we even got a code for the ferry. The apartment was clean, but showing its age. The furniture in the living room was old, the sofa was worn out, and you're only supposed to use it with a towel or blanket you bring with you (which is probably why there's no photo of the living room?). The beds in the children's rooms are very soft, so if you weigh over 40 kg, you'll get back pain, and the pillows are very hard. The double bed was OK. There's no TV, no microwave, no hairdryer, and no toaster (although all of this is mentioned in the description). Then, three weeks before our stay, the dishwasher broke, and there was no replacement by the time we arrived. Last but not least, there's no air conditioning, which is a real shame when it's over 30C, especially since you can't cross-ventilate, and the ground-floor location means you can't leave the windows open all night. Furthermore, the beautiful purple flowering bush on the terrace (see first photo oft he description) is no longer there; there are only flower boxes and a small, dry lawn. It's a shame that these little things, taken together, degrade the apartment so much. We'd be happy to come back to Elba, but we'll rent somewhere else.
