Great location in a lakeside community. Awesome launching point for our visit to the Verdon Gorges. We knew to prepare to pay for sheets and towels by reading earlier reviews.
However we weren't expecting to have to scrub the place down for our 2-night stay. We didn't leave a mess, but we just didn't know we were expected to perform house cleaning. As a result we were charged 50E for not taking out the trash, wiping the floor and cleaning the bathroom.
I liken this experience as in-door camping.

While the apartment was lovely and well situated, we were surprised that sheets, pillowcases, and towels were not part of the rental. They were supplied to us kindly at an extra cost. A small thing but noteworthy.

We have had 4 days stay at the lake. The accommodation has everything you need for a great stay.
The owner was very friendly and made sure we had a good stay.
The apartment is seconds away from great restaurants and bars.nice boulangerie fir croissants and daily bread. Very welcoming.
Pity about the weather as it rained every day but we have visited last year when the sun shone every day. Lots to do at the lake.

The apartment was really well located, close to everything in the town. It was clean. Google maps took you to a different address, so we had trouble finding the property for a while - check in instructions would have been useful and reduced stress as we didn’t receive them until we asked for them the evening of arrival. We had paid extra for sheets and towels but only the sheets were left out for us to put on ourselves. Theres also no wifi, which was fine as we were only there for one night but worth bearing in mind if you’re staying longer.
