This incredible luxury home in Frisco, Colorado offers the perfect mountain retreat just four blocks from Main Street Frisco’s shops and restaurants. Tucked away on a tranquil street near the heart of town, this beautiful 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom private home combines space, comfort, and stunning mountain views for an unforgettable stay.
Imagine relaxing on the upper deck after a full day of adventure, watching the sun set over Mount Royal and Mount Victoria with your favorite cocktail in hand. As the evening cools, unwind in the private hot tub beneath a sky full of stars.
Inside, the home is spacious and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes throughout. The living room and patio showcase incredible views of Mount Royal and the Ten Mile Range toward Breckenridge. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, a gas grill on the upper deck, and a custom 10-person dining table, plus seating for five more at the kitchen island — perfect for large gatherings.
Sleeping arrangements include two primary suites with beautiful walk-in showers, two sets of Twin bunk beds in the third bedroom, and Captain’s bunk beds (Twin over Full) in the fourth bedroom. Additional amenities include a large mudroom and a spacious two-car garage.
Please note: This property includes a private lock-off apartment with a completely separate entrance. The owners may stay in the lock-off on select weekends but will never enter the main residence.

Great location and house layout. Perfect spot for 4 friends to explore the area and relax after days out and about. We all had our own bedroom annd bathroom. Hot tub was great after hiking. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in downtown Frisco. Would definitely come again!

We had 11 patrollers from MN in our group. It was a great stay. Condo was very accommodating for out group. Frisco is a great location to reach Vail, Beaver Creek, Breck, Copper and Keystone! Good restaurants in town if you want that, or cook-in like we did. Kitchen is very complete! Plenty of seating and 2 very large "family rooms" on 2 different floors so you can keep kids separated from adults if you have them in your group. Hot tub had some cloudy water in it from previous group for I called property manager and they changed the water same day for us! Great service! Definitely recommend this property!

We’ve traveled to Summit County regularly for over 30 years. This house is a gem. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, up against the mountain, but just a few blocks from downtown. Beautiful, sunlit, modern house with room for two families to stay together comfortably. Just minutes from Copper Mtn. The private hot tub was a treat after skiing.
