About this house rental
Come to Lake Tahoe and enjoy great skiing and snowboarding, a wonderful family environment and the beauty of the mountains and the Lake. This beautiful six bedroom, four bathroom house, with forest views, located in Kingsbury Grade, is the perfect venue for your winter vacation. It is perfectly situated - a short drive to both Heavenly and the casinos.
Bedrooms:
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.

This home does NOT allow pets also there is no AC in this home.

Occupancy Rules:
*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 10 people at any time at the house. This includes any dinners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
**Parking: 5 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

Everything was great except the owners should let you know they do not provide any shampoo or soap for shower and very limited on paper towels. If we go back we would rent again.

Property is in a good location next to Stateline. Lots of beds and space for a group. The house is a bit tired. Missing essentials like shampoo, body wash etc. Neighbor had an eye on us at all times. Again good location and large space for groups.
