About this house rental
This unique 3 story beach house has all the comforts of home with close proximity to the beach. It boasts a reverse floorplan with the living areas on the middle floor. The house has a wonderful porch with ocean views off the middle floor living area. The living room is an open concept into the dining area and kitchen. There is also a library connected to the living room. The first floor holds 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The third floor penthouse has its own kitchenette and bathroom.

Lovely house a block from the beach in a quiet neighbourhood. Lovely screen porch with ceiling fans, outdoor shower. Kitchen is a bit on the small side and needs a new toaster and a cheese grater. Lot’s of stairs obviously, it is a beach house, but would be difficult for small kids or folks with mobility issues. There is only covered parking for one car. Lots of games and puzzles provided and we really enjoyed our stay!

The house is beautiful, especially the wrap around porch. We spent the majority of our time out there when on the house. There is even a small ocean view. 8 of us stayed in the house and 12 other family members joined us for dinners and there was plenty of room! 2 dining room tables holding 6-8 each and a porch kitchen tale. Everyone suggested we have all of our meals here. Having no bedrooms on the main floor was really nice as well. Kitchen is well stocked, plus Cutco knives so they were sharp. Overall, id highly recommend. There is a cart to haul stuff to the beach, boogie boards, etc.

Everything was easy and convenient to the beach. We loved the screened porch!
Only one suggestion- update knives! There were only a few and they wouldn’t cut butter!
Beds were very comfortable. All had a great time! Thanks
