Check out our newly acquired pet-friendly home! Lovely vintage cottage on fully fenced corner lot. Perfect location halfway between the Montreat gates and downtown Black Mountain. Lots of space, lots of light, lots of charm! Great front porch. Murphy bed and sofa bed give added sleeping. Updated kitchen is fully stocked for your cooking needs. Hardwood floors, updated bathrooms with fully tiled shower and claw foot tub. Host is available to guide you to local sights. Great area! Great house! Decorating is in will be updated!

Had a great time here! We were able to walk to both downtown Black Mountain and Montreat. Hiked Lookout Mountain one day, drove to Asheville another. The house had everything we needed, including a fully fenced yard.

We came as a group to "run" the mt mitchell challenge/black mountain marathon. We were supposed to have 12 but ended up with 6 due to poor weather. The house easily could have slept 12! It was a perfect location for the start of the race with close proximity to downtown. The house is comfortable, clean, and has a lot of character. There are plenty of parking spaces. I will most likely stay here again if I come back to Black Mountain.
