About this house rental
The remains of the historic building of 15th century was renovated in 2016 with respect to history, and high aesthetic standards. Neoria Houses is a complex of two luxury split level houses in minimal architecture style and with all modern amenities.
Akali is a two storey house (100m2) with two spacious bedrooms, (+1 sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room), three bathrooms with shower cabins, a fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area and an atmospheric terrace on the second floor.
Living room with flat satellite TV and dining area are on the ground floor, close to the fully equipped kitchen (kitchen utensils, vitro ceramic plates, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, etc).
On the first floor are two master bedrooms with size beds, flat satellite TV and private bathrooms. Quality mattress and shower amenities are provided (bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body cream).
The terrace, on the second floor, with view to the old town and historic landmarks, is equipped with outdoor furniture.
Akali House provides a/c, Wi-Fi, safety box, first-aid kit, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, iron, iron board and hairdryer. Cleaning service is provided every three days.

A great location while visiting Chania. A nice selection of restaurants and maritime museums within easy walk. Terrace was a great place for a glass of wine at night and drying clothes during the day. Always appreciate a wash machine. Great check in with explanations of the apartment set up and directions to free parking lot nearby. Will recommend to anyone.

Akali was a very cozy comfortable place to stay in Chania. Well equipped and convenient to all that Chania has to offer. It is a great update of a vintage building with a nice rooftop deck for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Easy walking distance to sights, restaurants and shopping and free parking in a public lot a short drive away. There some stairs inside to get to the bedrooms and rooftop deck but once you get used to it it is fine. Photos in listing are very accurate. Highly recommended!
