We travel year round for our daughter's volleyball tournaments. This was a great rental in a perfect location for the annual SC Grand Prix volleyball tournament at the convention center. Condo was well stocked. Adequate parking.
Renters should be aware that you have no control over the temperature in this rental. The temp was set to 76 when we arrived. This was way too warm. We could not sleep the first night. We sent a message to the owner on the second day requesting that the temperature be lowered to 72 through our stay. Owner promptly lowered the temperature to 72.
Overall this was a great rental and we would stay here again.

This property was beautiful. The neighborhood was amazing. Everyone was friendly welcoming. If I was to ever come back to the beach, I know where I'm staying

Sliding glass door was off track and sink and dishwasher would drain very slowly. By the end of the week they wouldn’t drain at all. The only number available was not maintenance and couldn’t contact anyone to notify them of the issue. Exhaust fan in primary bathroom also did not work
