Peaceful, comfortably furnished, spacious, one-bedroom North Berkeley apartment near shops and restaurants, at a quiet cul-de-sac with large deck overlooking a creek and wooded canyon. Private entry. 14 day minimum stay required.

Fully furnished including all furniture, appliances, dishware, cookware, towels and linens.
Complementary welcome wine, coffee and snacks are provided for your enjoyment. Luxury toiletries provided upon arrival.

Private entrance to the apartment is via stairs down to the yard and up to the apartment front door on the deck.

Owners reside in the main house. You may or may not see us during your stay due to the separate entrance. We will be available and responsive to guest requests, but will respect guests who prefer no contact.

Everything was as advertised, and more. The space is very comfortable and peaceful. The deck outdoor deck was amazing and could hear the faint sounds of the creek down the hill below. Belinda was a great host. Not only did she respond quickly to every question I had, she also took initiative to check in to see if everything was okay and if there was anything I needed. Highly recommend!

We so enjoyed our stay at this North Berkeley in-law unit. The host was very accommodating and starting our days on the gorgeous deck, overlooking a beautiful canyon, was wonderful.
