About this house rental
Coronavirus Update - our units are professionally cleaned after each tenant.
This wonderful unit has just gone through a partial renovation (May 2020). New flooring and windows were installed, along with some fixtures, a fresh coat of paint and new moldings.
The unit is a 2 Bedroom 1 Bath unit that sleeps up to 6 people.
The house has a deck with a BBQ, table, and chairs. The unit has a full kitchen w/ dishwasher and a small dining area. This unit is great for any family looking for a great summer vacation at the beach. Washer and drier are now available; shared with only 2 other rental units.
Just a couple of blocks from Belmont park, the vacation house can accommodate a family of up to 6 people. Swimming, beach activities, even Sea World and the zoo are within a short drive.
Please inquire for rates for periods longer than two weeks. This unit is only rented as a short term rental, i.e. 29 nights or less, with no option to extend.

Host was good, place was clean and every thing was in order, only issue’s would of been nice to have a box of Kleenex on the property, I’m glad we had a mid size suv, for our vehicle barely fit in garage. Could of been notified on the size of parking. Only real issue was the grill was way dirty, had not been cleaned in a long time, would of grilled meals instead of pricey restaurants

This place was great for our little family of three. Everything described/explained in the listing was spot on. The garage is small but we had no problem parking our Toyota Corolla in with a little room to spare. The shower was plugged the first day but within 30 min of letting Robert know he had his maintenance guy stop by & the issue was fixed immediately. I will say some of the reviews mention you can see the seaworld fireworks from the deck but we could not this New Year’s Eve. The house to the east was too tall. We had to walk down to the alley by the garage & watch them through a clearing down there but it was still enjoyable. Will definitely be staying here again if we ever come this way again.

Returned for another year, and as always everything was perfect, we will be submitting our rental request for the next trip!
