About this house rental
Location, location, location!! Come stay in this brand new home in the heart of Sunriver. SHARC and the sledding hill are literally right out your back door. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen table expands to seat 14. 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a ton of extra space in the finished basement. Everyone will enjoy the game room in the basement with a Pool table, ping pong table, foos ball table, and Wii with games. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub and BBQ. 5 adult bikes and 1 kids bike in the garage.

Everything was as advertised. The host is very responsive if you need her. Our family had a wonderful time and the house fits us perfectly. We will stay there again if possible!

Everything was great everyone had a great time. It was a very easy walk to the SHARC. The kitchen had 2 plugin grills that made it easy to make breakfast for everyone.we had 15 total and had plenty of room for all.we didn't find kitchen tea towels or a dishrag.It was very nice that there was shower gel ,hair shampoo and soft soap was at all of the sinks.we would suggest this house to anyone looking for lots of room. We would stay here again; it's a very nice home.

We had family traveling into Sun River from all over the US with none of us having been there before. Some folks wanted to ski, some wanted to bike, some wanted walks, others wanted playgrounds and icecream. This places was well suited to meet everyone's needs! The access to the SHARC was great, though we did not use many of the facilities as our little ones were just a bit too little. That said, the greenspace/park next to the SHARC was great and the ~15 min walk (4 min drive) to the town center provided great access to more amenities.
The house itself is very well suited to meet all of our needs. Patio, sauna, cooking, evening chats, night-time-ping-pong tournaments were all highlights.
