Amazing location for sure, good space for staying with friends/family. They have the basics, kitchenware, coffee, tea.
A lot of space 2 sofa bed, 1 queen bed+single bed in the main bed room, and 1 queen bed in the extra room below.
Just keep in mind that there are stairs (narrow as well) that you will need to climb up/down. If you have huge luggage please keep this in mind.
Kettle was not clean, it’s not dirty per se but just a lot of calcium buildup that we’d rather not use.

I was alone, and the place was just totally fine for that (for 2 people it is also good). Given the sleeping arrangements, I wouldn't opt for this with more than 2 (although there is another separate bedroom (without toilet/bathroom) that I did nog use at all. The location is good. And the price was at a sharp point with competition, so then you can't be overly critical about the downsides.
It's not very handy to pick up the keys quite elsewhere. The stairs are steep and narrow, so this is a small handicap for those with chunky suitcases. The 2 double beds in the main bedroom are sub-optimal. The place is very noise sensitive: one night it was hard to sleep due to people on a higher floor making noise, and you can hear a lot from the street.

Great location. Apartment is bright and could be relatively spacious if they do not clutter the bedroom with two large double beds.
Very steep and narrow stairs. Too little space in "kitchen". Dry rack stands over stove plates. Bedroom door could not close on account of extra double bed in the room. Bathroom door also opens against other double bed for the same reason. Only one towel hook for 4 or more people. Mattrasses and pillows were very uncomfortable and bedding were not ironed and even put on inside out on one bed.
We were led to believe it was a two bedroom flat, but the other bedroom was not part of thes artment but on a different level on its own without even a toilet. If the person using that room needs a bathroom in the middle of the night he has to leave his room and wake the people in the apartment to let him in and out to use the bathroom.
