Location on the beach was excellent; a short drive from multiple grocery shops as well. View of the sea from the balcony made it a wonderful stay. Apartment has everything you need; fully equipped kitchen, a couple of comfortable chairs to sit in and the underground parking spot was much appreciated.
Just as a heads up to others; the owner asked for a security deposit before my stay with a service outside of Booking.com, called "wannapay". They sent a link to it via Booking.com's chat service. It's a legitimate website / service. It didn't charge my card, just held the funds until the owner released them the day after I left the apartment. It all went well, I was just surprised by the external link, so I thought I'd mention it here.

Après mon appel on a eu droit à 1 h de chauffage puis plus rien
Soirée avec pull et chaussettes
Et le matin idem appartement glacial
Voilà alors frileux s abstenir
