3 bedrooms and a loft, 3 full baths with an open floor plan. Two Queens, one bunk bed and one futon provide sleeping for up to 8. The upstairs bedroom with bunkbeds has a TV/VCR/DVD combo, Xbox and a GameCube - perfect for kids. The loft has a futon and an HD TV with a DVD player.
Large kitchen with an eating bar with 3 stools. The dining room table sits 8 comfortably.
Living room with vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. A huge sectional sofa with two recliners pulls out to a full sized sofa bed. Large flat screen HD TV with a Netflix player, a VCR, a DVD player and a stereo system for your entertainment.

Our home is located in a quiet residential area of Kingswood Estates. Kings Beach is just a 1 mile away. Grocery shopping and many great restaurants are within a 5 minute drive. Great skiing at Northstar is 5 miles away. Northstar shuttle stops one block away. Squaw, Alpine, Homewood, Tahoe City, and Truckee are all within a 20 minute drive. The Stateline casinos are 10 minutes away.

The property was beyond our expectations! It’s very clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The owner was extremely responsive and answered my questions promptly. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

In town for a wedding on King’s Beach.Super close. House was great. Easy to get an uber.

This home is fairly large and relatively comfortable though somewhat dated. The kitchen is well stocked. Bathrooms adequate but dated. Owner was responsive and check in a breeze. Just know, that although the neighbors were quiet, this home backs up to a noisy, busy highway. With no AC, sleeping with windows open to cool the house down at night was challenging to say the least.
