Located in a desirable wooded neighborhood, surrounded by McCall`s stunning 27 hole golf course, close to Payette Lake and Ponderosa State Park is this luxury 4 bedroom, 4 bath, 4,500 sq. ft. cabin. Easy walking distance to the golf course, Payette Lake beaches and Ponderosa State Park. Enjoy nature on the paved meandering bike path that rolls through the nearby hills that is just minutes from the front door.

Lick Creek Road is two blocks away, where the city and county buses run.

Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee.
Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed.
Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized.
Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately.
Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking.
Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture.
Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities.
BBQ`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions.
Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage.
Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads.
Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee.
Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for `drain and fill.`
Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers.
Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) With being located in the mountains, we do our best to prevent these issues, however there are instances where it is inevitable. There will be no refund for any of the above listed issues. Thank you!

The house is lovely in a very quiet neighborhood. The beds are nice and very comfortable. Plenty of blankets, pillows, and towels. The kitchen is spacious and easy to cook in. 2 washers and 2 dryers meant keeping up with laundry was easy.Dark skies at night allow you to see the stars from the hot tub and in the morning you can smell the cedars and hear the birds singing. There were deer, squirrels, birds and other wildlife in the backyard with a covered porch where you can sit and relax watching the wildlife or reading a book. We stayed for 10 days with all my children and grandchildren. It is close to lots of activities. We rented a boat on the lake, took scenic drives, went hiking, biking, 4 wheeling, stand up paddle boarding, shopping and many other things. The only problem we had was the door code didn't work when we first got there. However, one quick text and the owners resolved it in less than 10 minutes. We are looking at staying again in the future.

Property was great for a family ski trip. Maintenance had to be called for a couple of issues. The 25 additional fee for early check in was nickel and dime.

We have stayed at several places in McCall and this is a nice, large place but didn't feel of the level we had anticipated. The hot tub wasn't warm when when we arrived and didn't work until late the very last night (when I had spent considerable time problem solving the unit). A primary circuit in the kitchen popped on the first day (prior to Thanksgiving) making it difficult to cook. The circuit box was located in a locked utility closet with no way to reset it. Although we promptly sent a message to the number we were texted from we didn't hear back on our request for assistance. The wood/pellet burning stove promoted in the listing was conveniently/inconveniently "out of order" even though it looked pristine and clean (like it hadn't been used before) and no apology or solution was mentioned. These folks have been very strict about not allowing pets, requiring payment in full since the original booking 6 months ago. Yet, the poor maintenance on the hot tub and "out of order fireplace" and the limited 60-min timer on the central gas fireplace seemed inconsistent with the expectation and left us wanting!
