An amazing location and fantastic home. Really cool village, lots to do nearby. Great kitchen, dining area. Log stove! Warm, modern enough, but with great soul.
Living room area has two very small couches. I did not realize just how small they would be - maybe my fault. But for family of 4 that was tight. Tons of room elsewhere!

It's a beautiful and well presented cottage, very spacious and great facilities for cooking. Staithes is a small village with a couple of tea rooms, pubs and a couple of little shops. Parking is at the top of the hill and a reasonable £10 per day. Everywhere is very dog friendly and they have some wonderful local walks. We visited mid-week and it was very quiet, many of the shops were closed until Saturday morning. (April visit). Overall lovely village and Flither cottage is welcoming and homely, with everything you'd need for a short stay.
The Booking.com listing does not advise of extra fees for pets or parking. £20 for a pet. £10 per day for parking. There are a few cottages in the village with parking included so this information would be useful to have when searching for the best options as the local parking facilities are up a very steep hill.
