Serene location with an incredible view of the ocean and wildlife. The apartment is fully stocked with all amenities including full kitchen (full fridge, stove, oven, pots and pans,etc), Keurig, one king size bed and another king size pull out sofa. The bathrooms were also fully stocked with towels, tissues, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is a closet with cleaning supplies just in case you make an unfortunate mess. There are two TVeith great wifi and. Able connection were you can watch Netflix, Prime, etc. There is a dining room that fits 6 and a patio for four with an umbrella to shelter from rain or too much sun. They even had card games such as Uno. The apartment is spacious and would be great for family vacation as well as a couples retreat. There is a shopping center with great restaurants and other stores about 10 minutes away. I got a great massage there. There is an amazing self pouring wine bar with great food. It’s about 50 minutes from Charleston so you also sight see this beautiful historical city. We saw a beautiful sunset every night we were there. We saw deer, dolphins and a variety of different birds. The price was reasonable and the landlords responded quickly with our concerns. Check in and check out went smoothly. I would absolutely recommends this place for families, friends and couples.
We wish we had access to the beach house that has the pool and other amenities. I believe we could have gotten an amenities card if we had inquired about it before our stay but I didn’t know we had to. Regardless, we had a great time there as we were close to Charleston.

This is one of many stays we have had at pelican watch and we love it there. The unit exceeded our expectations and we would stay there again.
There was an issue with the door lock. While it was fixed and we are grateful for this, it was hard to reach someone by phone. I used the number on our Booking.com confirmation and was sent to another person, then another. Ultimately, we did reach the people who communicated nicely with us, and we appeciated this very much. It was a little frustrating to get through the process. The lesson is to use the most direct party to book in the future, likely a local agency. Also, please be sure to have housekeeping check and empty the coffee filters. The previous guest left wet coffee in there and it had likely been there a while. Kind of gross, but the place was otherwise immaculate.

it had everything we needed for a nice stay
just a few cosmetic things like chipped doors and wall paint that did not affect the comfort of the condo.
