About this apartment rental
The Bergsigt Apartments are located in the Berghof apartment complex at an altitude of about 900 m directly on the ski slope in winter and the beautiful hiking trail in summer. On the fourth and top floor are two apartments, north side and south side. These are directly opposite, which is ideal if you rent both apartments. Both apartments have two floors, a living room and a sleeping loft and are non-smoking. The Talseite Apartment is located on the first floor, a fully renovated studio for up to 4 people. The apartment is located on the north side of the building and offers a wonderful view of the Wilder Kaiser. Further payment information can be found in the email you will receive from Bergsigt in the coming days. The obligatory down payment of 250 euros is explicitly noted there

This apartment has phenomenal views of the Wilderkaiser and Ellmau. Balcony, living room, TV, dining area and kitchen with Nespresso, Aeroccino, 4 hole, microwave and oven. Bathroom with (shower in) bath, washbasin and toilet. 2 sleeping places on the sleeping loft (180x200) (tv, dvd, xbox). In the 2. Bedroom is a bunk bed. Also 2-pers. Bed (140x200), which is accessible via a staircase. The bedrooms both end on a 2. Toilet and sink.
Bergsigt north side:

Die FW Bergsigt Nord befindet sich im 4. und obersten Stockwerk des sog. "Berghofs", was sehr viele Wohnungen beherbergt. Aufzug ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist komplett (außer Spülmaschine).
Da wir vermutlich die ersten Gäste seit dem monatelangen Lockdown waren, wurde übersehen, dass das Balkongelände verdreckt war. Diese wurde umgehend nach unserer Beschwerde saubergemacht.
Die Wendeltreppe hoch zu den Schlafzimmern ist sehr eng und steil. Als 60+ Jährige konnten wir sie gerade noch bewältigen. Die Matratzen waren eher weich, sie verursachten aber keine Rückenschmerzen. Als Allergiker hatten wir auch keine Probleme.
Mit Chromecast am TV kamen wir nicht zurecht. Es gibt kein SAT- oder Kabelempfang. DVDs konnten in der XBox nicht mit Ton abgespielt werden. Patrick hat aus der Ferne (leider vergeblich) versucht, diese Probleme zu beheben. Vielleicht werden sie demnächst behoben.
Für das elektrische Dachfenster (was so nicht erreichbar ist) gab es nur eine komplizierte Anleitung und entsprechende FB. Es stellte sich aber heraus, dass man nur drei Knöpfe auf der FB benötigt (hoch/runter/OK). Die Regenautomatik ist immer eingeschaltet, auch wenn das Display "off" blinkt.
Die Wohnung können wir getrost weiter empfehlen für Gäste, die keinen großen Wert auf TV und Computerspiele legen.

Die Wohnung hat einen tollen Ausblick. Das Wohnzimmer ist schön eingerichtet. Der Rest der Wohnung ist sehr verwinkelt gebaut (mit extrem enger und steiler Wendeltreppe). Die Schlafzimmer haben ausschließlich Dachfenster. Eines der Dachfenster ist elektronisch betrieben und mit einem Regensensor ausgestattet, der es unmöglich macht adäquat zu lüften, bei üblichem Bergsommerwetter (regelmäßige Wärmegewitter).
