This beautiful 6-7 bedroom Tuscany holiday home is surrounded by olive groves and is close to the town of Casalguidi. It can accommodate up to 14 people in total in seven bedrooms. It sits in a large well-kept garden and has a private swimming pool, which offers panoramic views over the countryside below.
The Space:
This Tuscany holiday home is well equipped and has been comfortably and tastefully furnished. It has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and is surrounded by 10 hectares of land, a large proportion of which is covered with 1500 olive trees. In total the interior living space measures approximately 450 square metres.
Outside, there is a large, beautiful garden and barbecue area as well as a private swimming pool. The pool measures 12 x 5 metres, with a maximum depth of 1.4 metres. It is fenced off and has a changing room, WC and solar heated shower. For those travelling with children, there is a children's play area with a seesaw and a slide.
On the ground floor of this Tuscany holiday home there is a large lounge with dining area and a living room with a fireplace. It offers direct access to the outside terrace. Adjacent to this room, there is a bathroom with shower and access to a mezzanine with a double bedroom. A second living area on this floor if furnished in a rustic style with armchairs arranged around a fireplace. There is also a dining table here.
A step up leads to a well equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, microwave, fridge freezer, oven and dishwasher. The laundry room has both a washing machine and dryer.
There are three further bedrooms on the ground floor of this Tuscany holiday home. The first is a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower. Next there is another bedroom with a double bed which leads directly into a third bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with shower and bath. This set up works well for families with young children.
The first floor of this Tuscany holiday home is accessible both from the inside or via exterior steps. Here you will find an additional fully equipped kitchen and another living area with working fireplace and piano. There are also three further bedrooms on this floor. The first is a double bedroom which has an ensuite bathroom with both bath and shower. The second is furnished with two single beds which can be pushed together to form a double if required. The third is another double bedroom which has an ensuite shower room. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned to ensure a good nights sleep.
The pool is open from 1 April to 30 September. Guests are treated to a complimentary welcome basket on arrival which will be sufficient to provide you with a light dinner and a continental breakfast the following morning. The villa will be given a light clean mid way through your stay and guests will also enjoy a complimentary change of linen at the same time.
Electricity usage is included up to 300KW per week. Sensible weekly use of air conditioning should not exceed 300 KW per week but any use over and above this is payable based on consumption at a rate of 0.60 euros per kWh. Heating costs 2 euros per cubic metre and is also payable locally when applicable.
The Neighborhood:
Many of Tuscany's important cities such as Florence, Montecatini and Pisa are within easy drive of this Tuscany holiday home and the nearest town with a variety of shops is just 1.5 kilometres away. Access to the villa is via a stretch of dirt road, which is in good condition. Montecatini Terme, which is famous for its thermal spas, is 22 kilometres away and there is a golf club approximately 15-20 kilometres away.
