Since the beginning of 2015, this centrally located apartment in the city center of Landau offers comfort on approx. 45 m²: bright living and dining area, open kitchen, separate bedroom, large bathroom. Everything modern and lovingly furnished.

Modern wooden furniture, combined with leather sofa and chaise longue provide a modern yet comfortable living.
Modern fitted kitchen, fully equipped incl. Dishwasher, glass ceramic hob, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and kettle. Dining table with seating for 4 people and, if necessary, 2 high chairs.
The leather sofa offers another sleeping accommodation for a maximum of two people. LCD satellite TV and hi-fi system are of course available. Free Internet access via WLAN.
Access to the main courtyard and playground from the living room.

Bedroom with extra high double bed for easy entry (size 160 cm x 200 cm), large wardrobe. Shutters on the windows ensure a restful night's sleep. Hypo-allergenic comforters and pillows. Modern, bright bathroom.
Bathroom with plenty of storage space, fluffy towels, a (almost) walk-in shower, raised toilet, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, own washing machine (for a fee) and underfloor heating.

Relaxing holidays or visiting friends in the South Palatinate
Due to its central location, Ferienwohnung Apland combines the advantages of the South Palatinate with the amenities of a city. Located in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone, the Weissquartierplatz with its restaurants and the Rathausplatz, a stay in the FeWo Apland allows you a shopping spree in the numerous shops of the city as well as various restaurants and entertainment during the day and in the evening without having to move the car.
Several bakers (also open on Sunday mornings), various supermarkets, cinemas, ice cream parlors and the twice weekly weekly market (Tuesdays and Saturdays) are within easy walking distance.
The Palatinate Forest with its numerous wine villages, wine festivals, castles and other attractions can be easily reached by car, train or even with the buses of the VRN. Bus stop with numerous buses in the nearby wine villages in 2-3 minutes, so you can enjoy the Palatinate without a car.

Die Wohnung liegt super zentral, die Begrüßung und die Kommuniation zur Ankunft klappten hervorragend. Die Wohnung entspricht genau der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber und mit allem, was man brauchen könnte, eingerichtet. Eine Freude dort zu sein!
