About this apartment rental
Whether you are visiting a fair, exploring Frankfurt city or just want to spend a quiet holiday - you will like this apartment! On the first floor of a detached family house in Maintal Hochstadt you have a good 60 m² living space available.
The apartment is divided into the following rooms:
Room 1 - Combined living / bedroom with balcony exit (18 m²):
The large corner couch can be used for cozy TV evening (LCD TV), but if necessary also serves as a sleeping place for up to 2 people. In addition, this room has a fully equipped kitchenette incl. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave etc. and a ceiling fan for the warmer days of the year.
Room 2 - Bedroom with balcony exit (18 m²):
In the bedroom a mint double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) awaits you. In addition to bedside tables, dressers and wardrobes, you will also find a floor fan in the room.
Room 3 - combined sleeping / dining room (11 m²):
This room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed for up to 2 people, a wardrobe, a ceiling fan and a dining table with 4 chairs.
There is also a modern, spacious bathroom with a shower cabin and bathtub, and a skylight that creates a light ambience in the bathroom.
Living in the countryside and yet close to the city, this is Maintal. In just 45 minutes you drove from our apartment to Messe Frankfurt - which is sometimes faster than if you had to drive once in the morning across Frankfurt.
