Inside, the house is light, airy and straightforward. The double‑height hallway and skylight fill the space with light, and the ground‑floor twin room makes life easy for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. The living room has large windows that frame views of Crigyll beach and the dunes, a lovely backdrop for morning coffees or quiet evenings in.
The kitchen is practical and spacious, ideal for rustling up family meals or quick bites. There's also a handy utility area for sandy shoes, wet coats and beach‑day bits.
Upstairs, two double bedrooms offer comfortable spaces to unwind, each with skylights that capture the coastal views. It's a peaceful spot to wake up, especially with the sea just moments away.
Outside, the garden isn't enclosed, but the space is used cleverly, perfect for sitting out, letting the pets potter, and you can store kit in the large garage, which is brilliant for golf clubs, bikes, paddleboards and everything in between.

The property contained all the needs for our family holiday and was presented clean and tidy on our arrival. Whatever the weather Rhosneigr always provides for a good break.

Despite the high winds and rain, we had a fabulous stay in this well appointed property equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay especially when the majority of time was spent indoors. Housekeeping standards were excellent with perfectly made beds and towels set out for our arrival. Welcome pack was very much appreciated, especially the take away hessian bag! House was in a great location, close to the restaurants and beaches.
I would not hesitate to rebook this property!

Pen Y Bryn is a modern, detached house right near the beach, golf club and RAF Valley. So homely and accommodating for a large group. There were only 2 of us and we felt a little lost in there! The downstairs bathroom is huge as are all the 3 double bedrooms. Lounge and dining room are well proportioned. Kitchen with washing machine, tumble and dishwasher - lovely!! Walking to the beach takes minutes and you have a beautiful view out of the top velux windows. Lovely quiet street with friendly people. Very minor point was a tradesman was still in the property fixing the toilets when we arrived at 4 and he stayed until 5 to get everything done as he was unaware someone was booked in. No problem really, I just sat in the living room until he was done. I would 100% stay in this property again, it really was lovely. Rhosneigr is a quiet village and we had a meal at Sandy Mount, which was quite poor to be honest, and expensive, but with such a lovely home full of everything you need, I cooked at home! You will not be disappointed with this property. I have tried to book again for October and it's sold out - no surprise there.

On arrival the property appeared to be a great size with 2 bathrooms, 3 good sized bedrooms and a large living/dining area and separate kitchen. We were initially very happy but on closer inspection a number of issues came up.
Firstly, the property was not clean. On the surface it looked fine but upon closer inspection there were issues. I wiped the kitchen counter prior to cooking on our first evening and picked up dirt. I then looked for pans/baking trays etc and found most, if not all, were visibly dirty with some entirely unusable.
The living space smelt strongly of dog. I have stayed in many dog friendly houses before and none have smelt anywhere near this. The curtains had large yellow stains on them which I assume were dog wee. Despite spraying febreeze and air freshener throughout our stay and airing the room as much as possible, the smell lingered and really ruined our time there.
There were numerous cobwebs throughout the property and dust everywhere. There was also some mould in the bathrooms. We could never get a decent temperature to stay more than a few seconds in the upstairs shower so this was unusable.
The tumble drier in the property was over full with water (it's condensing) and the fluff tray jam-packed which is obviously a fire hazard. I would have expected both of these things to be checked after each stay.
I did report these issues to Anglesey Holiday Lettings and was told it would be reported to the owners private housekeeping team so I hope the next person to stay has had a better experience!
Overall the location and size of this property is great. However, with the cleanliness issues and other little niggles (sofa zips don't do up properly and the cushions constantly fall off, no cupboard space at all in the kitchen so all food piled up on the available work surface space) I would not recommend it for a stay. There are many other wonderful properties in the area so don't be put off Rhosneigr as it is truly a wonderful place for a holiday! We will be back and would stay again with Anglesey Holiday Lettings, just not in this particular property.
