La Ginestra apartment is located on the second floor without a lift. Large, fresh and spacious, recently renovated. Located adjacent to the Pieve in the ancient estate of the Counts of Panico, inside a farm with farm animals, cultivated fields and vineyards with own production of natural wine.
The place is perfect to escape the heat of the city taking refuge in the quiet hill overlooking the Reno Valley and the beginning of the Bolognese Apennines, a territory linking Emilia Romagna and Tuscany, rich in history and culture. The Borgo is 20 km from Bologna, 80 km from Florence and 35 km from the beneficial thermal waters of Porretta Terme. The road connections can be different: the ancient via Porrettana, the A1 motorway from Sasso Marconi, the via dei Colli Bolognesi. Convenient train connections with Bologna, Porretta Terme and Pistoia from Lama di Reno station, about 1.5 km from the apartment.
The Piccolo Paradiso swimming pool and riding center in Sasso Marconi is easily accessible.

It’s in a small town which is very quiet but it’s easy to catch a train to bologna or make day trips to Moderna or surrounding towns/villages.
Beds were comfortable, apartment was clean and we were nicely welcomed with home made wine and jam.

Wir waren zu 5. eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, in schönster Natur mit einem traumhaften Ausblick. Die Gastgeber sind super nett.
Die Wohnung ist auch mit dem Zug gut erreichbar, man muss jedoch vom Bahnhof einen Berg hoch laufen. Trotzdem ist alles gut erreichbar: wir haben Venedig, Bologna, Florenz und Modena besucht und waren außerdem im Nationalpark wandern. Alles kein Problem mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.
Die Wohnung selbst ist super ausgestattet mit genügend Betten für 5 Personen, einer Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht und das Bad hat sogar eine Waschmaschine.
Klare Weiterempfehlung!

La situation est parfaite. La nature est proche (continuer la route qui monte....) et la ville, Bologne, grâce au train est à portée de main également (3 euros par Trenitalia à Lima di reno, 25 mn). Nous avons pu découvrir de beaux endroits un peu plus loin également (lac de Suviana, Porreta terme...). L'appartement est spacieux, agréable mais ce n'est pas le calme absolu (bambini dans l'immeuble, chiens qui aboient..) il faut le savoir, des gens vivent ici donc pour ceux qui cherchent le calme absolu ce n'est pas la bonne adresse. Les gens sont très gentils.

Het was een heel warm onthaal. Er stond vers gebakken cake voor ons en we kregen 2 flessen van hun zelfgemaakte biologische wijn aan geboden.
Het appartement was proper en alles was er aanwezig. Ze hadden echt aan alles gedacht. Het enige nadeel waren de fijne muren waardoor we soms wel lawaai hadden van de buren en de verwarming durfde tijdens de nacht ook wel wat lawaai maken, waardoor we soms wakker werden. Maar voor de rest was alles piekfijn in orde. Een aanrader.
