Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i wyciszone okna. Ładnie wykończone wnętrza, porządne materiały i design.
Obsługa zdaje się być niedoświadczona, raz ktoś wszedł do pokoju myląc numery i nawet nie przeprosił, innym razem podrzucił parownice nie pod te drzwi co trzeba. Wody pod prysznicem przechodziła gwałtownie z zimnej do bardzo gorącej i nie dało się jej ustawić. Mimo wyciszonych okien słychać głośno łazienki i kanalizację z sąsiednich pokoi, zwłaszcza nocą. Bardzo ubogie śniadanie - zdecydowanie odbiega od deklarowanego standardu. Uboga oferta kanałów w TV.

Location is stunning. Right outside the train station and a few hundred meters from the duomo and city centre.
The property says it’s a five star but in my opinion it is not. The rooms are tiny. Quite noisy.
The reception is tiny and smelt really bad. On entering the hotel one is quite disappointed at the two person desk which is the reception.
Hotel is overpriced. Calling it five star is extremely misleading.
